Started investing in rental properties at 19 — over 35 years ago. Founded and ran a software company for 18 years before completing an asset sale in 2014. Served as CTO at a pediatric health-tech startup that won first place at the Connected Health EXPO in Silicon Valley. Holds dual degrees from Geneva College in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration. Leads deal sourcing, underwriting, and capital allocation for ZCG, and built DealFlowPro to systematize Zuma's own deal pipeline — then opened it to the market.
President of IRP Meat & Seafood Co., a family-owned protein processing and distribution company in Telford, PA with 80+ full-time employees. Over 20 years with the organization across sales, operations, and executive leadership. Brings an investor's discipline to ZCG's strategy and capital decisions alongside his primary role at IRP. Joel and Brad's professional relationship predates ZCG — a partnership built on years of trust and shared discipline around risk management and capital deployment.
